Shipping And Returns

Shipping

Kodiak Flutes – Fast Shipping

  • All of our flutes unless otherwise noted ship out via USPS Priority Mail. They are packaged in large boxes typically 24-33 inches long.
  • Time of Shipping: We will ship your order within 1-2 Business day of your order being placed. Delivery speed is typically from 1-3 days in the USA.
  • We currently ship only in the United States
  • Tracking – You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our shop in San Tan Valley AZ. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update their tracking information.

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our shipping center and cannot be cancelled. Please review our return policy at bottom of the page if you need to return an item.

Payments

Kodiak Flutes – Payments

  • Payments are completed via a encrypted connection to our payment processors.
  • We use the following processors

Returns

We accept returns within 7-days after the verified date of delivery. A return shipping label will be emailed to you; there is a $10.00 return shipping fee on all orders.

Flutes must be received within the 14-business days following the return shipping label being emailed. Flutes received after the 14-day return window will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged returns will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
